Sintering furnace

Through sintering, metal particals fuse together to dense and final metal part can be obtained.

In order to obtain final metal parts, sintering process is compulsory.

Sintering process usually operates at extremely high tempertaue and vacuum atmosphere. Typically, for differnet type of metals, sintering parameters may vary and in order to obtain a highly dence and pure metal part, sintering parameters need to be precisely optimized, such as sintering period, heating rate, cooling rate, sintering temperatrue and atmosphere. Through sintering, remaining binder polymers are the first to be removed at moderate heating temperature. As the temperature increases above the melting point of metal particles, these particles start to fuse and grow to densify up to 98%.

We provide high performance sintering furnace for lab research purpase and for  batch production. Max. heating temperture can be as high as 1550 with a thermal uniformity of ±5℃. Instrument is with high quality and easy to operate.
